Suggestions on how to make a great NiMarco’s Pizza at home
Step 1. Let the dough sit at room temperature for 30-50 minutes.
Step 2. Set oven temperature to 450°.
Step 3. If you’re using a sheet pan, grease it lightly with avocado or canola oil. We don’t recommend olive oil as it has a low smoke point and might cause your pizza to burn slightly. If using a pizza stone, use flour or semolina so that it doesn’t stick.
Step 4. Gently knead dough to get out large bubbles and using a rolling pin, roll it out until it is about ¼ inch thick or less. Use flour as necessary.
Step 5. Use a fork to gently poke holes all over the dough (this will help keep it from forming bubbles up while cooking).
Step 6. Sauce the pizza, leaving about ¾ of an inch all the way around the dough for your crust.
Step 7. Add cheese and toppings as desired.
Step 8. Bake approximately 15 minutes (20 minutes if using a stone). Turn hallway through so that all sides cook evenly.
Step 9. When the cheese and bottom of the crust start to brown, it’s done!
Step 10. Chop it up and enjoy! Careful it’s HOT.
